Quick but filling and healthy breakfast options?

I get up at 6:30 AM every day to get ready for school (I leave at 8:10 AM). I have lots to do in the morning leaving me with little time for breakfast.
I need something that's fast and that will keep me full.
Any suggestions?

(EDIT** I can't eat porridge, the texture makes me feel sick)

    If I'm rushing, I sometimes have toast and peanut butter. If you've got more calories to spend and time to eat it, a banana would go well with that (toast, peanut butter and banana sandwich .... mmm!).

    Greek yogurt and protein bar is my go to rushed breakfast

    I usually mix a cup of oatmeal with a cup of 2% milk, I also have fruits. If you don't feel full after that I don't know what will.

    Also it takes no more than 2 minutes to prepare.
