Hello all
I've lost around 9 kilos so far, but I don't see much of a change in my appearance. I'm proud that I've lost this much so far and keeping to being a lot more healthy than I used to be before using MFP.
Should I be seeing a change at this point? My measurements don't seem to be getting smaller either!
Thanks

you might not see a difference but other might. do you have before/after photos?0

No I don't have any before photos. I'm normally wearing the same clothing as I used to and they don't feel a lot different.0

Depending on how much you weighed before, it might not be noticeable to others until you lose more or get new clothes. I lost over 100lbs and didn't start getting noticed by people I saw everyday until around 50lbs or 23 kilos.0
