Hi Everyone - Just introducting myself (as the message board title says lol).
I'm Rachel I'm 29 - I started counting calories, drinking more water and exercising about 3 weeks ago and I've lost 10 pounds (started at 202). I figured if I want to better my success I needed to do something to keep me accountable of what I eat.
I still eat a lot of processed and convenient foods so maybe seeing it will help motivate me to eat cleaner and stay on track I'm trying to make it to 135 by next year to not be considered overweight for my height. It's been tough!
Any encouraging advice is welcome!
