Hi Everyone - Just introducting myself (as the message board title says lol).

I'm Rachel I'm 29 - I started counting calories, drinking more water and exercising about 3 weeks ago and I've lost 10 pounds (started at 202). I figured if I want to better my success I needed to do something to keep me accountable of what I eat.

I still eat a lot of processed and convenient foods so maybe seeing it will help motivate me to eat cleaner and stay on track :) I'm trying to make it to 135 by next year to not be considered overweight for my height. It's been tough!

Any encouraging advice is welcome!
