Hello guys. So I wanted to change my workout routine from jumping ropes to insanity.
I used to jump rope every night and jump rope HIIT 3 times a week for months now. But now I'm getting really bored of doing it. I know how to do tricks, but still bores me.![:( :(](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/frowning.png)
So I wanted to try Insanity. But is it okay to do it at night? around 9 in the evening? I eat supper around 7 pm. Is that alright?

I do it at night. I suppose as long as you don't have any sleeping neighbors it should be fine. LOTS of jumping.0

I get super energized by this workout...all depends on your body and your sleep schedule. And I normally have to wait about an hr and half after eating to do it because of so much jumping...normally I try to get it done before dinner, but everyone's schedules are different and I'm sure you can make it work!0
