When I did 30 Day Shred, I logged it as "circuit training, general" since I don't have an at-home calorie counter that I can strap on to my body. It may be a bit off, but it's the best you can do.

Best of luck with everything! 30DS is a butt-kicker, but it is SO worth it.

I have found if I wore my heart rate monitor I would burn about 250 calories but all depends on your weight and heart rate xxx

Yup, this is what I did as well. The 30 DS really did great by me. I am thinking of giving it another go next month. Kicked my butt, but it also gave me a great sense of accomplishment. Stick with it!

I don't have a HRM and had the sam problem with how to log it. I trawled the internet and found a link where people had worked it out. I (unhelpfully) can't remember the link, but I'm 5ft 4in and 168lb and I log it as 210 calls for the 20 min workout.

5ft and 180lbs, I get around 210-230kcal (on my HRM) depending on effort.
