I am so unfit that...

I threw up after my first time doing level 2 of 30DS yesterday.

Level 1 I actually enjoy now but level 2....ouch.

For all those amazing people who see level 2 as a warm up please don't laugh at me :-)

Level 2 was definitely a step up from level 1, give it a few days you'll begin to enjoy it too lol

I'm determined to finish level 2 how I finished level 1!

First time I've ever been sick through exercise...so embarrassing.

I remember thinking I may actually die. I cried the first time I did it. As you can probably tell exercise and I are not best friends.

I really liked level 3. I actually think I skipped level 2 back in the day, or did it for like a week lol

And this makes it all the more impressive that you are still doing it and still pushing yourself!

It isn't an easy workout. It burns lots of calories! So well done for taking that decision to push through.

I think it's important you really gave it your all and didn't give up :) You won't throw up anymore after you did it a few more times...

Don't think of it as being embarrassing! Just think it shows just how determined you are, that you were able to push your body so far that you actually threw up. It's better than some people who tell you how easy it is only because the half-assed it the whole way through and put minimum effort. I've thrown up a few times when i've been running and really trying to push myself to lower my times. Good luck with it! (:

embarrassed? you should be proud of yourself for getting thru level 1 and for attempting level 2. i'm sure your body will adjust within a few sessions and you will be thinking "ho hum, is that it? b-o-r-i-n-g!"

I started (and finished!) 30 Day Shred a few months ago; and I must say that Level 2 is a big step up. I remember dry heaving once or twice when I first started Level 2, but it gets better in time. Drink plenty of water, eat very healthily, and refuel your body with the proper foods.

Best of luck. You're not unfit...you're just pushing yourself. :D

I'm on my 5th round of 30ds and I still HATE. Level 2 much prefer level 3 but it does get better and really worth it with the results you get and you will find it easier as you go on

I'm so glad to hear I'm not the only who experienced this with 30 DS! I didn't throw up but I was really nauseated the first time I did Level 2. Hang in there, it does get less difficult. And kudos for sticking with it when it would be so much easier to give up and just watch a movie instead :-D I found Level 3 much more manageable than Level 2 and I've read a lot of posts here with people saying the same thing. It may be the same for you!

    Thanks guys!

Feel much better now knowing I'm not the only one to find it difficult! Guess you get back what you put in and I seriously need to work on my fitness as after 2 kids and no exercise since having my 8 year old things need to change :-)

I bloody love these boards for the amount of support you get xxxx

    Level 2 sucks.

I remember after finishing level 1 looking at Level 2 and having an "Ah hell naw" moment.

You can do it :) and remember to do it at your own pace.
