How to get back on track?

I went off the program and now I am having a hard time getting back on track!!! Any suggestions?

    You have to just decide to do it. There are no secrets to staying on track. You just have to beat your brain! Its mental. I would start with small changes. Maybe with your water intake, and breakfast. That is what I always suggest first. What are you eating for breakfast now? How much water are you drinking?

    I did drink 12 glasses of water today. Breakfast wasn't the best, Malt O Meal Blueberry Toasters with soy milk and a banana and pineapple. I have also committed to opening my food diary to public viewing tomorrow.

    I agree with Bec....Just do it!!!! If you need a buddy....friend me...I need motivation also...I fell off for 3 weeks...started back on FP and workout tomorrow. Name is Lu.
