Eating more fat=More bloated

Is it true that if you eat more fat, you feel fuller? I read somewhere that fat takes much longer to digest and I overate my fat yesterday by 20 something grams (total 75 grams of fat). I guess I just normally don't eat this much fat so I am feeling quite bloated now. Is this normal?
I also ate more yesterday than I have the days before by nearly 400 calories because my jet lag has made me skip usually one meal a day but yesterday I ate all 3 meals and snacks so it was a really good day, but I just feel bloated even though I ate mainly healthy stuff.

Everyone is different. Personally my diet is more high fat and protein and lower carbs. That works for me. You just have to figure out what's good for you.
You could feel bloated because, like you said, you did eat more than you have been.0 -
It could be the jetlag - seriously, I always feel gross after I fly. The fat shouldn't make you feel bloated.0
