grape tomatoes

I'm confused about the calorie count for grape tomatoes. MFP says 1 cup have 107 calories, but on other sites/books they say 1 cup = 30 calories. Can anyone clear this up for me?:flowerforyou:

    I think that particular entry is wrong. I used to use that one too until I realized it was wrong. It needs to be fixed.

    There are a bunch of calorie counts on here my cherry or grape tomatoes. I believe that appx. 30 calories for a cup is correct.

    3oz tomatoes are about 15 calories go by that. I enter it under organic when I pick them from my garden. Tomaotes are tomatoes again 3oz is about 15 calories. I have been logging long enough to know that. :-) I always weight my food vs measure it I feel I get a better hold on how many calories are in something.

    I do mine by weight. Every two ounces is about 9 calories.

    Is there a place on here to report stuff like that so it gets changed? I know I can just know not to use it, but it might help someone else later.
