    Just copied ideas from hamburgers from Applebee's and made my own, for 313 cals instead of 1000 and super cheap!
    The recipe is already in the food database on MFP :)
    The picture and presentation was a little messy but i just was hurried to eat it, i was sooo hungry, it was amazing.

    The RR along my apartment complex is bordered on both sides by Wild blackberries that the TWP doesn't spray. So, I made some wild blackberry fruit leather with a TINY bit of honey and some lime zest.

    It's a 6 hour process, but oh so well worth all the work. Homemade french onion soup over toasted garlic bread and topped with Gruyere. Served with a side butter/bib salad with my homemade buttermilk ranch.

    Zucchini Slice Recipe:

    1 large zucchini (or 2 small ones) grated
    1 medium carrot grated
    3 short-cut bacon rashers (fat removed) partly cooked, diced
    1/2 cup self raising flour
    5 eggs
    handful of grated cheese
    frozen peas and corn (just eye ball the amount)

    1. mix the flour into the carrot and zucchini in a bowl
    2. add all the other ingredients and mix till combined
    3. pour into a slice pan
    4. bake in oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 40-50mins
    5. its done when skewer or knife comes out clean when poked in the middle
    6. best left chilled to harden a bit

    roughly 184 calories per slice when cut into 6 slices.

    You can add other vegies such as mushrooms, dried tomato etc and that would increase the calorie count.

    Not glamorous but DAMN tasty. One of my fall back meals. Always in my freezer I make 16 QTs at a time. 17 Bean soup with chicken sausage.
