TDEE - Total Daily Energy Expenditure0
-
BMR - Basal Metabolic Rate (the rate at which your body burns calories just to keep you alive)
TEF - Thermal Effect of Food
NEAT - Non Exercise Activity Thermogenesis
EAT - Exercise Activity Thermogenesis
BMR + TEF + NEAT + EAT = TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure)0 -
TDEE stands for total daily energy expenditure. It's roughly the number of calories your body burns in a day and also the number of calories you'd need to eat to maintain your current weight. You can find lots of calculators online to get an estimate of yours.0
