Calor track question??

So if your on your feet All day, walking, clearing tables, serving people, do you count that in as walking?

    If it is part of your job, and you are following the MFP program, it should be accounted for in your daily activity. I believe "lightly active" is suggested for waitressing.

    I wouldn't. You should put your lifestyle to active and it will adapt your allowable calorie intake to match.

    I would just set your activity levels to reflect that and only log additional exercise.

    I wouldn't log that as exercise. If you set your activity level to slightly active it would already include it.
