Is 2 slices of pizza bad?

I wouldn't worry. Eat the pizza! It's the only food I haven't been able to give up and absolutely refuse to because it's my favorite. Worth it. :-)0

There is no bad food....there is only bad portion control. If pizza fits your macros, enjoy your pizza...its delicious!0

This probably won't help because it sounds like you eat on the go, but...have any of you tried the 'thin prepared pizza crust' at Whole Foods. (called 'Top This") It comes in Whole Wheat or regular...a whole12" pizza crust is 600 cals. I usually have 1/4 and a salad, but
even a whole half is doable. When you add the cheese, etc it adds up..so I eat 1/4.
Anyway, the pizza 'out' is usually so fatty, so sodium laden, it's counter active to my efforts. Since your classes are part of your routine, it might serve you to establish a routine of packing a tasty lunch. Usually what I prepare myself is more satisfying. It doesn't have to be time consuming...plan a few choices and throw it together the night before.
