Tony Hortons Sticky Bar

Just made these last night wanted to share, they are so GOOD.

You Will Need:
1/2 medium sized banana
1/4 cup chunky peanut butter (organic & natural , without hydrogenated oils)
1 cup unsweetened granola
wax paper

Mix & Mash ingredients in bowl
Spoon onto sheet of wax paper, and roll contents into (hotdog shape).
Set in freezer for about 90 minutes.

Cut in half. Eat frozen or throw into microwave for 10 seconds.
Makes 4 bars

serving size: 1/2 bar

fat 11 g
sat f 1g
carbs 17g
fiber 3 g
protein 6 g

    sounds good, the only thing I would probably add would be half a scoop of protein powder, which would add an additional 3-4 grams of protein/serving.
