Only thing I have a problem with is the Paleo diet thing. No carbs is kinda bull****, but everything else is good.

    Lifting heavy may be all well & good for most people but what about people with medical issues? I had a multi-level cervical spinal fusion a few months ago and will never be able to lift heavy ever again in my future. I will have to stick to light weights and high repetition. Does that mean I can't or won't ever be lean?

    Some people can't lose weight unless they decrease carb intake. Just sayin. But yea, she's awesome.

    I've read her story before and it is motivating. I'll probably never be able to lift the poundages she does (spine problems), but it encourages me to do my personal best.
