38lbs but in all fairness I didn't make an effort to lose until March 8th.0

Down about 52 pounds since early December 2012 (36 since joining MFP)
Someone asking what I had lost a few days ago said the next time I'm the gym to pickup some dumbbells (pair of 25s) so I can tell what I used to try to lug around.
The lost weight sure makes the hot summer we are having more bareable.0 -

I have lost 30 pounds since Jan.15, 2013. It has been a slow lifestyle change although worth every bit of it. I am determined to lose a total of 100 pounds I have70 more to go and I will work at this everyday. I will not be perfect but I will try and I will succeed. Absolutely no doubt about it.0
