Ohai guys...... umm.. XD

So I used to have an account here but I just didn't really have any motivation, but now I feel ready. I kind of want some help with diet planning and calorie intake and ...exercise ._.
I'm not a very big vegetable fan, I love my meat and also being Asian, I love my rice. I refuse to take it out of my diet and it doesn't help when my family eats it every day for lunch and dinner.

I'm 18 years old, overweight, I have a huge party coming up in 49.5 days (Yes I did calculate the day), I want to lose as much weight as possible. Mind you that's not the only reason I want to lose weight, I do want to do the whole looking good naked and stuff ;D

Well, I hope you guys can help me with the weight loss thing and I'll do the same.

    49 days to lose how many lbs? I say you won't lose more than 10lbs which is actually not that much of a difference really.:grumble:
