Can you still lose weight even when you drink Cappuccino every morning?:wink:

    Of course! It's just water, coffee, milk and sugar. Everyone has their little poisons and coffee in moderation will not do you any harm. With a spoon of sugar it's probably not even going to be worth 30 calories so if you can't start the day without it no reason to skip it.

    I drink cappuccino or espresso most days - hasn't been a problem. In fact, it actually helps me - I find it helps curb my appetite. Just go easy on the sugar if you use any - and skim milk only if you add milk.

    I have coffee every morning, and it hasn't hindered anything for me at all!
