Today I have been doing well. Im currently at 181.0
B- Protein Bar
S- 2 Fruit Snacks
L-Spinach, Grape tomatoes, Fat free dressing
S-
D-
No food after 6pm
Weight in Sunday goal is 177.0
Goal is to eat every 3 hrs

    I have no idea what this post is even about, but I'll bite. You expect to lose 4 pounds in 3 days? You're 181 today (8/15) and expect to be 177 on Sunday (8/18)? Really?

    You've eaten next to nothing today. A protein bar, 2 fruit snacks, some spinach, grape tomatoes and fat free dressing. What, maybe 200-300 calories total?

    If you're looking for affirmation about that, it isn't coming from me. Sorry.

    if you keep eating like that, you'll get to 190 before you see 170! Even at that low of a food intake, your body will do it's best to store it all as fat....eating like that is usually followed by a BIG crash, no matter how much will power you have!
