YES. I drink it definitely in the morning, and throughout the day if the mood strikes. I use half & half and Splenda. And I log it. I refuse to compromise on my coffee.0 -
I don't feel so bad now! I thought I drank a ton of coffee! I drink 3-4 cups a day with just a splash of milk, no sugar.0

When I'm home I have "1 cup," if we're measuring it's probably 1.5-2. I only use about 30 calories in sweetener on a good day, 70 cals if I'm feeling naughty ;P lol
Then there are days like today where I get my Venti Iced Coffee from Starbucks which I put 150 cals of junk in oops....it fits my macros!!!
It helps with hunger in the morning as had been said....plus it gives me energy with my crazy schedule.
Now tea on the other hand.....straight up....no milk, no sugar, nada.0 -
Now....none. 3 months ago...4-6 cups a day, black. Caffeine now gives me vestibular migraines (vertigo with some other weird symptons)
I MISS IT!!! :sad:0 -
2 cups a day every day with creamer in it... yum!!!!0

One 'cup' a day, 3-5 days a week, depending on how tired im that week. I have mines black with 4 equals. Usually when i have a cup a get a rush and im not hungry anymore.... it helps supress my appetite....0

1-2 cups in the morning, 1 for the afternoon work slump and 1 post-dinner!
French Vanilla, Coconut or Mocha flavored coffee from Dunkin Donuts is the best. I don't have to add anything to it, the flavor is just enough, especially if you add a piece of coffee cake/pound cake in there somewhere :-)0 -
Caffeine addict here too. I was almost off it when I worked evenings, but I have an office job now and I pretty much have it on an IV drip now. I have it with stevia and a bit of almond milk at home, black from the Keurig at work, and americano with sugar-free hazelnut syrup at Starbucks. And with Baileys on the weekends.0

I am about 3-5 cups per day; whoo hoo to coffee. Since starting my weight loss journey I have learned how to accept coffee the way it is and drink it BLACK.
How much coffee do you drink? What do you put in it? Cream? Sugar? Powder? Has it affected your weight loss?
I do the same, very rarely do I add creamer or anything. I now only have a specialty coffee drink(ie starbucks, peets) on a rare occasion, maybe once every few weeks if that. I think it has helped my weight loss to cut back on my mocha's and such.0 -
One cup a day with milk and cream in the morning0
-
1 medium french vanilla cream and 2 sugars from Dunkin Donuts--everyday!0

I don't think there is a unit of measurement known to man that can calculate my coffee consumption.0

I love coffee and admit in the past it has been really helpful for weight loss as I can have a coffee and not feel hungry. Also as I am a habitual snacker & feel the need to always be putting something in my mouth I find coffee really helps with getting rid of those feelings. I try to stick to two a day, three max.0 -

Man after my own heart. Coffee should be measured by the 12 cup pot. 2-3 per day black. Why dilute the caffeine?0 -
I love coffee! I tend to have 2 skinny cappuccinos a day.. and sometimes add a mocha if I feel like chocolate.0

When I'm in the office it's one or two 22ounce cups of coffee. I use 2 nespresso pods (I think their the same deal as the k-cups), 1 'serving' of Milo and at most 1/4 of a standard cup of milk in the mix.
I traded my sugar for Milo and love it!0 -
One cup to get me up! sugar substitute and low fat milk. That's it for me!0
-
One a day during the week to kick start my day and a ridiculous amount at the weekend.
With milk, the proper stuff with all the fat and that.0 -
Wayyyyy tooooo much.........Smile K xo0

about 10 cups a day0

1-2 trim (skinny in US) lattes per day. I drink espresso made from freshly ground beans. Never instant and never that 'filter' coffee they server at 'diner' type places.

I usually make it through anywhere from half a pot to a pot of brewed coffee with a splash of creamer and stevia. When I go to the local coffee shop I get dark roast and add a sprinkle of cocoa powder and splenda.0

I've been drinking coffee since I was 5....I love it! I think I drink around 3-4 cups a day.0

I drink anywhere between 2 - 4 travel mugs per day for lots of reasons. Most of the time I'm freezing so it helps to warm me up. I really enjoy it, too. I drink it black but love trying different flavored versions. I've never really considered whether or not it's effected my weight loss. I'm not sure I'd give it up even if it was. The only times I didn't drink it was during my pregnancies and I gained plenty of weight during those ????0
