The answer is probably right in front of my face somewhere, but I don't see it so.... When you are logging in food and it gives you the amounts (of protein, carbs, etc) is it being measured in oz or grams?

Look at the nutritional info. It is in grams, usually.0

Grams or ounces can be used. 28 grams is one ounce. Your protein/carb/fat is tracked in grams. Serving sizes of your food can be in grams or ounces.ex. 28 grams of cheese and one ounce of cheese is the same, but the protein in that serving of cheese, 7 or so would be in grams.0

It should usually say in the entry.0
