NSV fitness assessment

Had my first ever fitness assessment today. Absolutely thrilled with the results given my starting point this time last year (220lb couch potato with 40%+ body fat, high cholesterol and borderline hypertension, who got out of breath climbing the stairs) -

Weight - 160lb
Bodyfat - 13% (Jackson-Pollock method)
Resting heartrate - 60bpm
VO2 max - 52.4 mL/kg/min

Couple this with my 26m:52s 5k time on Wednesday, and the fact that I can now swim a continuous 250 yards freestyle, and you could say that I've made quite the turnaround. Feeling very pleased with myself.
