Any suggestion

I hate to work out and have the best intentions from the get go but cant stick with it any suggestions on how to fix that im I the only one?

  • Eat less. Drink lots of water. Walk a lot.

    Not trying to be smart *kitten*.

    This is basically my recipe for getting fit. I don't go to a gym. I don' t have expensive fitness machines in my home. And my wife and son still expect me to spend lots of quality time with them.

    1700 calories a day net (for me and my goals)
    TONS of water
    10,000 walking steps per day minimum. I usually accomplish this just by doing my day to day activities.
    If my son goes to bed on time; I go for a 2 to 3 mile walk as well.
