Yeast infection??

I am lacking motivation to exercise due to needing to get other things done.. now I have a yeast infection! WTF? Any one know exercises that won't bother me?

Yeast infection can be cured medically.
Lack of motivation however cannot. Its a choice you have to make.0 -

I'm usually always motivated but I have company coming from out of town tommorow and I'd much rather clean up for them than go swimming tonight...0

Cleaning your house is good exercise, im always a bit knackered after giving the house a good clean. Just put that down as one of your exercises0

Sometime you just need a break from exercising. Give yourself a weeks holiday and then commit yourself to starting again in 7 days time. Your motivations bound to be back after a little break0

Definitely don't go swimming if you have a yeast infection. I'd say take the day off (or maybe 2)... cleaning will be a good enough work out in your situation.0
