Helllllpppppp!!!! I want to eat everything in sight today. I'm losing my will power. I ate the burger since it was there and offered by a co-worker. I ate the sushi early, because it was there and yummy. I am NOT hungry, but I want morrrrrreeeeeee....*grr* :devil:

There's no amount of food that tastes as good as skinny. I have to rememeber this. I have to remember that I no longer want the back fat. I want to be healthier.

Is there any tips you have when you are in this situation? Some mantra or something you do? What's your motivation when you just want to eat, eat, eat?

    First, I let someone know I'm struggling (like my hubby) so you did good there :) Now we'll hold you accountable. :bigsmile: Second, move, get out of there. Out of sight, out of mind.

    Thanks for the support. I'm at work, so I can take a short walk in a bit. Thanks for the idea. I should have thought about that. :happy:

    Oh, I hate when I feel like shovelling in the food. Try drinking A LOT of water instead. You will end up feeling bloated and will spend a bit of time back and forth to the washroom. No time to eat when you have to peeeeeee. Now I need to remember to take my own advise next time I'm feeling this way!
