1/2 Cup of Oatmeal
1 Cup of Low Fat Soy Milk
1 Scoop of Whey Protein Powder



Very healthy & delicious,, best for pre or post workout or for breakfast :smile:

    i skip the soy and add 1/2 cup of milk or other milk substitute and 1/4 cup greek yogurt (still include the protein powder). makes an excellent quick breakfast with some fruit.

    I do this but with almond milk because blah blah blah soy blah blah blah estrogen

    I made some overnight protein oats the other day with 1/2 cup of oats, a tablespoon of ground flaxseeds, a sprinkle of slivered almonds, a scoop of vanilla whey powder, and a cup of skim milk.
