Plain with salt and pepper
Halved with an egg cracked inside the hole where the pit was and baked for 10-15 minutes in foil
Sliced on a sandwich
Mashed and mixed with a salad instead of dressing
For a sinful treat I make a Vietnamese avocado smoothie with sweetened condensed milk, milk and ice (it sounds crazy but OMGOSH it's amazing!)
Chunked and mixed with chunks of tomato and red onion and dressed with a little oil and vinegar
Guacamole with pita chips0 -
LOVE Avocado!!! I make homemade guacamole and use it as salad dressing. I cube it and just eat it straight up.0

Ok, this may sound weird but I hard boil eggs, remove the yoke, mix it with avacado and spoon the yoke/avacodo mixture back into the egg. A healty version of deviled eggs. Don't for get the paprika on top.
That sounds quite good actually!
I want to try using it to make egg salad instead of mayo.0 -
I use it as spread with sea salt and crushed paprika.
Also, on my salads with grilled chicken.0 -
In chunks with a little oil & vinegar0

I either make it into guacamole or add it into my salsa. I also eat it mixed in with my tuna with some salt and pepper (today's lunch, yum) or as a substitute for other sandwich dressing. If I eat it just plain it makes my mouth a little tingly as I have a slight allergy to some fruits and vegetables.0

Several ways. On wraps and sandwiches, homemade guacamole, and in smoothies.0

With my teeth is perfect. Yummy!
- Sliced, sprinkled with salt and pepper.
- Smashed, mixed with diced tomatoes and seasoned to taste.
- On top of salads.
- On sandwiches (Turkey and Swiss on a croissant!? mm).
- Little diced onion, diced tomatoes, shredded spinach, cooked in coconut oil, add egg, scramble, top with diced avocado, top that with salsa. I find it satisfying in s similar way to a fast food burger or taco without the ick factor.0 -
Sliced a little bit and mixed in with sliced tomatoes in a bowl. Add a bit of salt and I'm good!0

1oz mashed with 2 tbsp fat free cream cheese. I mix this up and make an omelet. Love it!0

Multiple ways!
1. slice it in half, put a little salk on top and eat the half with a spoon. Delish.
2. one piece of toast, a little butter and some avacado to top it off
3. in a chicken/mixed greens/avacado wrap
4. mashed up with some lemon and salt, then dip some healthy crackers
Im pretty simple when it comes to foods, my fave is just eating it straight up.
edit for spelling...
^^^^ This!! Now I want some!0
