what ever is on sale and says peanut butter.
I use smooth for most things- and then crunch for the following snack
peanuts
oats
smooth peanut butter
crunchy peanut butter
honey
rainsins
cocoa powder
(sneak a treat add chocolate covered raisens)
mix- fridgerate- enjoy. it's delicious- high calorie snack- be careful you don't over do it though- hella high calories.0 -
I just get some peanuts in bulk and toss them into the vitamix blender. One minute later, I have peanut butter. One ingredient: Peanuts. And salt, if I get the salted peanuts.
Making fresh peanut butter with honey roasted peanuts is also fantastic.
Mix in some cashews or almonds for some more flavor. Good stuff.0 -
Thanks so much for all the suggestions!0

I prefer Simply Jif.0

I usually just get Skippy or Jif and that's plenty irresistible enough!
Was this the peanut butter you had?
No, it wasn't, but it's very sweet of you to find that pic. Thanks!0 -
Hi!
as a foreigner living in the US, I have just started eating peanut butter. I started this summer when we were on vacation and staying at crappy hotels that didn't offer any protein for breakfast, so I decided to give it a try. I loved the creamy one I tried, but can't remember the brand (single portion package was white). I have now bought Planters creamy peanut butter spread, but I don't like it.
So, I'd like to ask for recommendations. What's your favorite brand? Should I also try the crunchy kind? Thanks!0 -
This
It looks like I have my work cut out for me!0 -
what a stupid post! just freakin try them all until you find one you like and if you don't who cares anyways0

make it worse by tbsp pb, tbsp agave/syrup/honey, tspn water, mix and have with vanilla iceceam! :P~
cut ur nana into coins, freeze for a couple of hours, blend, and tbsp pb, blend, fridge for half hour to hour - eat
*going off to make some now for dinner*
for any brits - meridian pb from holland and barretts is good and cheap, 6 quid for a tub twice the size of sunpat's large jar.. bargain. no added anything.0 -
Get the kind made with peanuts and salt.
Also, as a rule of thumb, PB is a fat, not a protein source. Yes, it has some protein, but it's mostly fat.0 -
I prefer Jiff Natural Crunchy Peanut butter if I am not buying peanuts and making my own in our Vita Mix Blender... Best of Luck0

There is a powdered PB called "Just Great Stuff". It's organic and has low cal and fat, which is important to me. It's also great because you can make just one serving and it doesn't have to be in the fridge like other PB0

This stuff is so good by law they had to shrink the circumference of the jar to keep people from dipping their whole face in
Agreed - this is my favorite!!! i love it so much!!!0
