To lose weight: eat less.
To gain butt: Hit a gym and do squats.0 -

I DO Plenty Of CardIo At Least 1 HoUr And 30 Minutes Of Weights 6 Day A Week..I Squat Lunge & Donkey Kick ..... BUt I FeeL Stuck0

I didn't start seeing booty results until I started doing heavy weighted squats. Heavy for me is like 100lbs. I was born with a flat butt, now I actually fit in my jeans.0
