Am I on the right track?

Hi Fellas,

I am 4 weeks into my weight loss regime and have been tracking my weight since then.
I am eating "healthy" to maintain a calorie deficit as per TDEE and MFP calculations alongside running 5 days a week and yoga.

I have lost 3.3 Kgs since I started on 27th july..is it a good pace to lose weight?

    About the same ratio here i started in may and have lost 9 kg! So just keep on wirh what you are doing :)

    Yeh it's around 2lb a week.
