    I start my day VERY early for work, so breakfast was always a hard one for me to fit in. I starting taking low calorie protein shakes. (HMR 120 Shakes by Health Management Resources) They are 120 calories each. I have 1 for breakfast each day and another 1 or 2 throughout the day for snacks. I drink A TON of water which helps keep me full. And my dinner I will have pretty much whatever, but I make sure I portion correctly to keep at or under my calories goal. When I eat dinner, I always fill more than half of my plate with vegetables and eat those first. If I am going to get full, I would rather not eat all of a meat or carb and make sure I eat all the vegetables.

    That is un-friggin' believable! I can only JUST tell it's the same person but if you hadn't told us I never would have recognised you in the second pictures. Congrats on all your hard work. It's really inspiring!
