I have 14 weigh-ins (weeks) before my birthday and to hit the goal to be 199 or below. That's 23lbs, just over 1.5 a week!

I NEED to hit it.

Then, by my NEXT bday, the big 4-0....I want to be at goal! (Whatever magic number between 130 and 145 I decide goal is.)
