    You are not going to find many positive reviews for things like this on MFP. The majority of the community has lost a great deal of weight simply by eating less than maintenance and working out. There's no short cuts and no magic formulas, even if "doctors" like the quack Oz gets paid to peddle them on TV.

    The effects are rapid and obvious. They consist of a lighter wallet.
