    That would be me. I usually stay up at least untill midnight which is partly why I struggle with eating at night. If I am reading a book which I often do and I get really engrosed in the book, I have been known to stay up until 3 or 4am. Not good for health but that's my habit bad as it is.

    Ugh- I am the same way. I like it cause it's calm and quiet but then the eating and being up way late happens and well- that never helps a healthy lifestyle
