Devote yourself to an idea, go make it happen, struggle on it, overcome your fears, smile, and don't forget: this is your dream.

Test your gear, your grit, and your determination. It is better being a lion for a day than a sheep all your life, grazing on what others provide for you.~ Me0

When it comes to fitness motivation, I'm a fan of tough love. Simple, yet effective:
1.) "If you're tired of starting over, stop quitting."
3.) "Fix it, or forget it." - This one is hanging at my vanity for when I feel the "Woe is me" bull$*#* coming on.
4.) "You can feel sore tomorrow, or you can feel sorry tomorrow. You choose."
I think this is brilliant:
"If you're depressed, you're living in the past. If you're anxious, you're living in the future. If you are at peace you're living in the present."0 -
