    So many to choose from...I love running. Also, deadlifts. Squats are awesome, too.

    Bench Press, Chin Ups

    and I screwed my back up at Christmas and had to stop squatting but the other day I found "Zercher Squats" and they're great.

    Spinning and Zumba are my current favorites! I love swimming, but my gym doesn't offer it.

    Couch sitting!... Okay i kid, I kid. It might sound weird, but I'm growing quite fond of lunges AND swimming..buuut I've always loved swimming as an activity and not just an exercise.

    Swimming is my go to exercise. Love spinning too (though not at the time) - Walking the dogs down by the river is my lazy days exercise :bigsmile:

    Love back day, bent over barbell rows, pull downs... and my new favourite exercise gotta be hip thrusts.

    I need to learn to love squats, at the moment I really really hate them :-(

    What I do is I turn on my favorite playlist and do squats to the beats of each song! It helped me love them!
