Chris Powell's diet plan. . low carbs, high carbs?

On his webpage, Chris mentions eating low carbs for two days then high carbs the next. I don't quite get what that means.
What are examples of high carbs and low carbs?
How many carbs should I eat on low carb and high carb days?

    Do you have his book or just going on what he posted on his blog?
    I printed it off his website to read, but that's as far as I've gone so far...

    I'd be interested to know how successful it is for others... Anyone?

    I have the book and recommend it. He also has a free app explaining it more. He also tries to encourage certain products but you can follow the plan without the special products. I have been doing his plan for five weeks. I had hit a bit of a Plateau before starting his plan.. so for me the changing of carb helped confuse my body and weight started coming off again.. He doesn't give you a number of carbs more like suggested foods to eat which will keep you low and high as needed. You also will stay in a calorie deficit, drink your water and exercise each day so no magic bullet just a wise plan to help you along on all days as well... Which of coarse is so important. He strongly recommends some protein shake for breakfast and 9 mins of exercises boot camp type every morning. Drinking water, eating every three hours. Hope my advice helps. Good luck my friend!
