dramatic differences in body very quickly??

So, just the past week hasn't been too amazing for me, I only got to the gym twice to lift (I like to do 3 times a week) and was working a lot and really tired and at the beginning of the week it was before/during my period so I was having really strong cravings for sweets and I tried to control them best i could but I still ended up being over calorie a bit most days I think (however, I don't log calories burned while at work (and I'm on my feet the whole time) or for lifting cause you can't calculate that very accurately) and then this weekend was a family reuion with a big cook out one night and then a baseball game in a private box (aka endless available food) and then dinner at ruth's chris steak house. I tried to be the best I could, stayed away from cakes and cookies and breads and hot dogs at the game and stuck to veggies, salad, and popcorn mostly, but I did have 1/2 a caramel apple too. And then for dinner I logged the steak I had but the appetizer and dessert I had planned on wasn't available so I had a salad (dressing on the side) and then berries and cream (which ended up having TONS of calories in it but it was probably the best choice of those available) ANYWAYS: MAIN POINT: in just this week of being "bad" and not even terrible my body seems to have changed so much like in my workouts I can still do the same weights, but like my stomach seems a lot softer and like those old creases are starting to show right below my ribs, and then my back creases are a tiny bit back as well and just like...how did this happen so fast, I've been on the straight and narrow before this and all my clothes fit fine and I had been feeling great...now I feel like ****

Its in your head and your probably retaining water.
    Relax and breath!

You'll be fine, just drink extra water and keep on the path!

I am drinking a lot of water and trying to eat more healthy now.

The thing is, I know the creases aren't in my head, they're there and they weren't, can that happen just from bloating?

Resturant food is usually very high is sodium so your one steak could be the biggest offender of your bloat. When I know I'll be dining out I up my water intake even more the day of of and after.

Not sure if you had any drinks or not but alcohol bloat can take up to a week to get completely outta your body. Stinks but unfortunately for some is does take this long. When I have a drink or drinks it seems its about 5 days till my bloat is gone. Then scale an tape measure are friendlier too :drinker:
