    you are my inspiration! You started at the same weight I did, and you are maintaining in the same range as my goal weight. Thanks for this - it was just what I needed today. So excited to see that you could do it in a years time. If you can do it in 1 year with 3 kids, I as a single woman, should also be able to do it in that amount of time!

    So inspired by your story! Maintaining is tougher than losing, so I'm glad you shared your experience with that. Also glad that you took pics. At 1 lb over last year's weight, you look stronger and in even better shape!

    Awesome story and great progress!!

    I was like you in that, I was maintaining at a pretty good weight for awhile, and then I got really into running - and wanted to lose 15 more lbs just so I could get faster! And good news - I did lose those 15 lbs and I have definitely been getting faster! I did have to start logging regularly again, but it worked!

    Thanks for sharing - what a great transformation!

    Wow, incredible! What an inspiration. I have 85-90 lbs to lose and it can seem overwhelming at times, but seeing results like this remind me that it is possible.
