My yogurt with honey or carrot sticks and pita chips with tzatziki sauce. All homemade. Although I need to make sure I have some Altoids available if I'm having tzatziki.

My new favorite is a mini-bagel toasted crunchy (toaster oven works better than a slot toaster) and dipped in mustard. Otherwise just the usual stuff -- 100kcals of almonds and maybe a string cheese, popchips with good salsa, veggie sticks with guacamole.0

1. Frozen yogurt. Gets me my calcium almost every day.
2. Ham, crackers, and a really good cheddar cheese. Sometimes apple slices in addition or in place of the ham.
3. Pistachios. Lots and lots of pistachios. Almonds are a close second in this category.
Yeah, that's pretty much it. I'm not much of a grazer - along with 2-3 good-sized meals, one decent snack a day usually does it for me.0 -
If you have a food processor, try
1 frozen banana
1/4 c. Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Spin, scrape down, spin again and you will have healthy and yummy icecream.
It's so good, even my husband loves it.
If you can spare the calories, try adding a tbs. Of peanut butter or almond butter.0 -
