Hi all!

I've just re-joined MFP and wanted to post about where I am in case anyone else is in a similar place and wants to support each other.

I'd always been heavy, but didn't decide to try to lose weight until I was 18. I started at 210 and lost 60 pounds, bottoming out at 150 when I was 22. Immediately after graduating college I started to gain the weight back. Last year was particularly rough with my job and I've topped out at 230 (my current weight). At first I was depressed about it, but now I'm in a good head-space and I'm ready to tackle the extra weight!

I'm 5'1 so I need to be under 132 to have a healthy BMI, so my initial goal os 130. That's exactly 100 pounds to lose, but I refuse to be daunted by such a large number.

My plan:

Count calories but don't be a nazi about it
Water, water, water
Move, move, move
Keep a journal for feelings so I don't eat them!
Keep my spirits up and be active in the MFP community.

Here I go! :)
