I need to run. Didn't wake up early enough. I may be able to do it tonight late (9:30). I usually take amino energy but I want to sleep at some point.
What should I do?

    I ran anyway..it sucked and I ran slow but a bad run is better than no run

    I live in Phoenix. Today, I went running at 0700. Why? Because I was too lazy to get out of bed earlier. The sun was high and it was hot out. I decided before I went out though, that I would regret it if I didn't go out and do it. (Day temperatures are in the low 100s)
