I started today...adding this to my other workouts. Did 20 seconds which practically killed me. Anybody want to join in?

My goal is 60 seconds on the prone plank, 30 seconds on a side plank.0

Was able to do 30 second plank-starting shaking at 20 seconds. I definitely know where the weakest part of my body is.0
