Now eat this - 53 calories brownies
Anyone tried this? Were they any good?
1 1/2 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon espresso powder
3/4 cup egg substitute
2 table spoon low calories chocolate sirup
2 tablespoons reduced fat sour cream
1 tablespoon un salted butter
8 tablespoon granulated Splenda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Put everything in food processor and cook at 350 for 28-30 minutes
When you know how calories dense brownies are, this could be interesting

I tried them, only with red kidney beans instead (as black beans aren't available in my country) but they were amazing!0

I haven't tried this recipe, but I've tried Chocolate Covered Katie's black bean brownie recipe and they were great (except my magic bullet didn't adequately smoosh the beans, so I had bean chunks in mine - yuck).
