I am new and need to lose 50 pounds

Hello All, I am new and my goal is to lose 50 pounds. Also, I just got my blood tested and it came back I am 4 points away from having pre-diabetes. I also feel very tired all the time and lack my usual energy. So, I started logging my meals to keep track of my carbs and overall eating. Best of luck to me and Hello My Fitness Pal peeps :)!
