Anyone following The Miracle Carb Diet?

I just came across this book and it sounds very similar to the way I used to eat- and can't get back on the wagon!

Just looking for some feedback or success stories! I have 10 lbs to lose.

The diet is basically protein and fiber from veggies and "high fiber crackers".... not sure what "high fiber crackers" are!

  • just started today and will keep you posted with the results. I feel really good right now after totally filling breakfast and lunch. Typically this is the time of day I start to drag and it hasn't happened yet. :smile: Took me a little while to track down some good crackers for stage 1 but I got them and am happy with them. Also went back and picked up some shirataki noodles which I love as a pasta substitute!
