Back for another month - Summer is now in full-swing, so I've raised my goal for this month to 150 miles . . .
Aug.1st: 27.5 miles (*Road Cycling*)
Aug. 1st: 1.5 miles (*Running - Speed Drills*)
**Allergies along with a sinus Infection took me out for a week - Ugh !!!**
++ Aug. 10th - TOUGH MUDDER (Mt. Snow, VT) - 12 miles ++
Aug. 15th: 18.5 miles (*Road Cycling*)
Aug. 17th: 6.5 miles (10k*)
Aug. 18th: 2.0 miles (*Hiking*)
Aug. 19th: 5 miles (*Running*)
Aug. 21st: 3.5 miles (*Running*)
Total (so far): 76.5 miles
