In your food diary under recent foods, what is your top food (not tea or coffee) I was surprised mine was a tomato so I think I must be really boring.
Where exactly do I find that? I don't see "recent foods" on my iPhone or on the myfitnesspal.com-webpage.0 -
My first one is red seedless grapes. I am addicted. If I do not have them in the house I will go ballistic. I MUST HAVE GRAPES!
My number 2 spot is my Multi-Vitamin. I am horrible at remembering to take it and would be lucky to take it twice a week. I added VITAMINS as a category and now log it every day just like everything else! :happy:0 -
