    5 ft 4 and goal weight is 135 :) (seems to be a common trend)
    Dont think id want to be going lower as I have quite a sterdy frame and tend to look gaunt at a very small weight.
    Also that would be smack bang in the middle of my bmi
    Will work on BF% when im at my goal weight :)

    I am curious why you don't think you could be less than 160? I am 5'3" and plan to be 125-135. At 160 I would imagine I would still look and feel a bit over weight. I know everybody is different, so I was just curious. :)

    I'm 5'2", just shy of 5'3". I started at 160 lbs after having my daughter. I'm now at 119-121 (fluctuates each week), but my ultimate goal is either 115 or I'd be happy where I'm at if I could tone up my belly. :)

  • My UGW is 115, but I've come to the realization that its never going to happen. I'm 130 and I think with my body type, that's where I need to be! Weight training is what's going to make the difference in shedding inches, and becoming tone! I'm VERY happy with my body! If I get below 130, so be it! Oh! I'm 5'4 by the way! ;)

    I'm 5'3" and currently aiming for 115. I am 145 right now. If I look fabulous at 120 or 125 though I'll accept it! I'm just guessing that 115 will be where I look my best.

    I am 5'3.5". I started at 150 lb, and have moved down to 139.0 in about 1 1/2 months. My goal is around 125, but I'm not so much paying attention to the numbers so much as my measurements. I just finished day 9 of level one of the 30DS, and I'm down 1.5 inches off my stomach, and 1.5 inches around my "hips" (aka my *kitten* :)) since I started. If I keep losing inches, I don't care what weight I am!

    I'm 5'3" and my goal weight is 140 lbs... but I ultimately want to try for 130 lbs. I'll just have to re-evaluate once I get to 140 lbs. I'm down to 158.8 this morning... last year I was at my highest weight with 216.8. so I've come a long way!

    Lol, this. My goal is 130-140. I am not petite by any means, so any lower than 130 I feel I would look ill.

    I am 5'3" and my overall goal is 130lbs. Of course I might try to get down to 124lbs which is what the "charts" say. Honestly I was happy at 140lb many moons ago. I figure if I get to 130 and I gain a bit while learning to maintain, I will be okay with that.

    I'm 5'4" and my current goal is 160lb - and then I'll go from there. I'm losing weight so I'll be elgible for a kidney transplant and no longer have to do dialysis.

    Awesome reason to lose the weight! You can do it!

    I'm 5'2'' and 3/4...that 3/4's is important lol and i currently weight about 143ish I'd like to get back down to about 115-120.

    Yes, 150 is still above my chart range, but I'd be extremely happy at that point, to remain there. I've always been a little big (in HS I ranged from 115-120, whereas many friends were 90-100 - and looked sickly all of the time), plus I'm pushing 40 (8 more days! :bigsmile: ), so I don't want to look like a hot 20-something. Hot 30-something maybe..:wink::wink:

  • I'm 5'4 and my weight goal is 135. Everyones bodies are shaped differently and I think 135 is a pretty healthy weight for me. Considering I'm 185 right now!

    I am 5'3 and my goal is 150, which is where I have been for a very long time. I am able to comfortably maintain that number without modifying my lifestyle in a way I probably wouldn't keep up with.

    My ticker is set to show I have 8 more pounds to lose, which is mostly to help me keep motivated to not get too far off the course.
  • I am 28yrs, 5 4 and my goal is 18-20% body fat, and plenty of muscle. I also want strength and endurance levels that make me a beast. I will use the mirrior as my guide to what body % I stop at.
