Weight Loss Stimulator For Large Body Types?

Hello - I noticed many people have Weight Loss Stimulators on their profile, and I know once upon a time I knew the website but I no longer have it. Was wondering what everyone is using?

I looked on www.mvm.com as someone suggested however it only allows to go up to a certain BMI and will reset your weight based on your BMI.. seeing how I started over the normal BMI and have not yet made a max BMI ... I would want to see the before and afters.
